I took this course to expand my basic understanding of being a Legal Secretary

I am currently a Legal Secretary in a law firm. I took this course to expand my basic understanding of being a Legal Secretary and also to learn about different types of law. This course has been really helpful in regards to my knowledge of law and legal procedures. It has helped me learn new things that I was not aware of before taking the course. Maria, my assessor, has been nothing but helpful through the duration of my course. ILSPA provides great CV help in respect of you applying for Legal Secretary jobs in the future. The course content exceeded my expectations

I have secured work as an assistant to various legal professionals

I loved how each unit is clearly explained

Having a portfolio ready made to show during an interview is a bonus of completing the course

I took the ILSPA Legal Secretaries Diploma as an introduction to law before starting my Criminology Degree at the Open University. This diploma has given me an interesting introduction into the world of law, with a good, but not overwhelming, amount of detail about each area covered. The course was succinct and easy-to-follow. The contact I had with my tutor was helpful and timely. I did the fully online option which has set me up well ahead of distance learning at a higher level, helping me learn to motivate myself to study and set up a good routine, which will stand me in good stead for my degree. I'm confident that my legal secretaries Diploma with ILSPA was thorough and has given me a lot of confidence, if and when I would like to pursue a career in a law firm/legal sector. Having a portfolio ready made to show during an interview is a bonus of completing the course, and a great way to show knowledge of the forms and responsibilities you'd take on as a legal secretary.

I would recommend the live classes
