Hours (part time): 9.15am-2.30pm Monday to Friday.
We are a small niche and friendly law firm based in North-West London, specialising in residential conveyancing. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious and efficient conveyancing legal secretary/PA to join our busy practice.
We are looking for someone who understands the residential conveyancing process and knows how to complete the relevant forms. Previous experience within a conveyancing department or practice is advantageous.
We pride ourselves on providing a personal and efficient service to our clients and the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
You will be providing secretarial and administrative support to the two fee earners. We work very much as a team and you will be an integral part of that.
We would like you to take the initiative and work to your strengths with a view to having a more responsible position within the firm.
You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and have accurate audio-typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
