Conveyancing Legal Secretary, 3 days a week (plus to be able to cover holidays for other part time secretary and any illness) 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of modern office practice and methods
  • Excellent English and communication skills 
  • Progress chasing by email, letter and telephone
  • Knowledge of legal terms and understanding of law procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software and able to assemble data to complete legal forms
  • Audio skills will be required
  • Knowledge of Land Registry and Stamp Duty Procedures useful but not essential
