Gregsons Solicitors, a long established firm in Wimbledon, is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Legal Secretary.

Main Responsibilities

• To type correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing;
• Prepare legal forms as required.
• Review and proof read letters and documents.
• Establish and maintain client files;
• Make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain an up-to-date diary.
• Provide support to other departments as required.
• Ensure the confidentiality of the firm’s and clients’ documentation and information.
• Assist generally and undertake such other duties as may be required to inc reception.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will be an experienced legal secretary with excellent communication, organisational and typing skills.
