Legal PA Disputes (2-day-a-week part-time)

Legal PA Disputes (2-day-a-week part-time) – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage complex diary schedules, meetings, calls, lunches, and travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
- Take ownership of enquiries, resolving or escalating as appropriate
- Prepare, amend, and produce accurate house-style documents, audio dictation, and document comparisons
- Manage billing processes, including preparing invoices, tracking expenses and disbursements, and liaising with the billing team
- Maintain accurate filing systems, including e-filing, archiving, and opening/closing matter files
- Build strong working relationships with fee earners, clients, and client Pas
Legal PA Disputes (2-day-a-week part-time) – What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience supporting partners within a law firm
- Confident and professional communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and clients
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
