We’re recruiting for an experienced Legal EA to join the Real Estate team of an international law firm based near Liverpool Street.
You’ll provide support to 2 Partners and a number of Associates, working alongside a friendly and collaborative team of EAs. This is a varied role with plenty of responsibility, combining traditional EA support with hands-on involvement in Real Estate matters.
The role includes:
- Managing complex diaries and inboxes
- Providing day-to-day support to Partners and Associates
- Handling billing, WIP, invoices and expenses
- Managing Land Registry work and property searches from start to finish
- Preparing and managing deeds, bundles and legal documentation
- Coordinating meetings, travel and client arrangements
- Managing data rooms and matter administration
- Liaising confidently with clients and external stakeholders
You’ll need:
- Strong Real Estate legal experience – essential
- Previous experience with Land Registry and Searchflow
- Good knowledge of deeds, bundles and property transactions
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A confident, proactive and personable approach
Hybrid: 4 days in the office
