Junior Legal PA
Incredibly successful US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Junior Legal PA to work at Partner level to work within their incredibly busy Commercial Litigation team.
What’s On Offer:

Junior Legal PA – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing PA support to Partners and Associates Organising busy travel itineraries, including visa applications
- Billing & time entry for Partners
- Coordinating meetings for both internal and external clients
- Opening new matters on 3E Finalising engagement letters
- Archiving
- Processing invoices and cheque requests
- Processing expense claims
- Organising and paginating both e-bundles and hard-copy bundles
- Digital Dictation using BigHand Copy typing legal documents
Junior Legal PA – What We’re Looking For:
- 12 months + experience as a Legal/Junior/Trainee Secretary or as an Admin Assistant in a law firm
- Excellent written, communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
