Key responsibilities:

• Provide high quality support to partners and fee earners, acting as a key point of contact.
• Manage a busy and varied workload, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Complex diary management, meeting and travel coordination.
• Client relationship management – managing correspondence, updating the CRM, and ensuring terms of business are in place.
• Supporting with pitches, presentations, events and client projects.
• Billing, processing expenses, credit control and reporting.
• General administrative tasks such as opening/closing files, compliance, and document management.

About you

• Previous experience as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary in a real estate team.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent typing, proofreading, and administrative skills.
• Highly organised and proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• A professional, client focused approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while remaining adaptable and collaborative are essential.
