Are you a highly organised and proactive PA ready for your next step supporting senior leadership in a top‑tier international firm? This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious practice known for its collaborative culture and high standards.

 

 

We're partnering with a leading international law firm seeking a polished, tech-savvy Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to a senior member of the Leadership team in the London office, as well as a wider group of fee earners. If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy managing complex schedules and travel, and love being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, this could be an excellent fit.

 

 

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 from home
Location: London
Salary: Up to £60,000

 

Your impact:

 

In this role, you'll act as the right hand to senior stakeholders, ensuring their day-to-day operations are seamlessly managed. You'll handle demanding diaries, coordinate detailed international travel, manage documents and files, and keep communication flowing smoothly across the team. Your ability to stay organised, anticipate needs and multitask effectively will be crucial to the success of the team.

 

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zonesCoordinating detailed global travel arrangements, including visas and embassiesPreparing, reviewing and editing documents, reports and correspondenceOrganising meetings, calls and eventsMonitoring inboxes and assisting with workflow, ensuring priorities are addressed promptlySupporting team projects, initiatives and general administrative duties

 

What we're looking for:

 

Strong career continuity in a Legal PA position with a City/US law firmProven experience handling complex travel arrangements, including visas and embassiesAbility to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalismSolid diary management experience within a fast-paced environmentConfident with IT systems and modern technology, including AI toolsQuick learner with a proactive, "can-do" approachExcellent communication skills and attention to detail
