We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Evening Legal Secretary.

This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for providing secretarial and document production support between 4:00pm to 10:00pm.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate processing of data, files, and text files.
  • Scanning, inputting, and cleaning documents.
  • Formatting documents according to firm guidelines and creating tables and flow charts.
  • Managing document turnaround to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Proofreading and checking completed work.
  • Troubleshooting user issues via phone or email and answering calls from the evening switchboard.
  • Printing and scanning as needed.
  • Entering timesheets, creating e-folders, and organising travel.
  • Acting as an evening concierge and providing assistance when needed.

Suitable candidates will have gained prior secretarial or document production experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with exemplary attention to detail, typing, document production, communication, and organisation skills. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and general office systems are highly desired.
