Are you an experienced Legal PA that is robust, proactive and passionate about supporting busy fee-earners? A highly respected international law firm client of ours is seeking a Legal PA to join their London team on a permanent basis.

This role offers the chance to work closely with a group of high-performing lawyers, including a prominent Corporate Finance Partner, within a supportive, collaborative, and fast-moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Extensive diary and travel management Extensive billing Client liaisonCreating and amending documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AdobeProofreading and editing documents for grammar and accuracyFull clean, strip and reformat of legal documents with the support of the DP team

What They're Looking For

An experienced Legal PA with 5+ years of experience in a City law firm. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environment and is robustA self-starter who takes ownership and can multitask effectivelyA confident communicator with a professional and approachable mannerSomeone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-performing team
