Commercial Property Legal Secretary – London (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a solid background in commercial and residential property? A highly regarded London law firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join its busy Commercial Real Estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to provide vital support to Partners and fee earners in a fast-paced environment. The role offers hybrid working (London office/home) and a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate team
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision
  • Manage invoicing, payments, exchanges and completions
  • Handle post-completion tasks, including Land Registry and Companies House filings
  • Liaise with clients and maintain exceptional standards of client care

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a property Legal Secretary or administration role
  • Strong knowledge of both commercial and residential property transactions
  • Proven experience supporting Partners and senior fee earners
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Confident, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines
  • IT literate and keen to learn and develop within the role
