The Role
You'll play a key role in providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a team of fee-earners, ensuring the smooth running of client matters and daily operations. Working within a friendly and professional environment, you'll handle a broad range of responsibilities, including:Preparing, amending, and formatting legal documents and correspondenceManaging diaries, meetings, and travel arrangementsHandling incoming calls and emails, providing an excellent client service experienceMaintaining accurate records, filing systems, and case management dataSupporting billing, compliance, and general administrative processes
