Ryder Reid Legal is delighted to be recruiting for one of our top-tier law firm clients, who are seeking a skilled and proactive Legal Secretary to join their Tax team on a fixed-term contract until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive PA and legal secretarial support across the teamDraft, amend, and proofread legal documents with accuracyManage diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logisticsHandle file management, including opening and closing mattersEnter fee earner time and assist with billing processesSupport client onboarding and maintain professional liaisonDeliver general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasksIdeal Candidate:
