Location: Central London
Salary: £46,000 - £49,000 + excellent benefits
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office-based, 2 days WFH)

 


The Opportunity

 

 

 

 

A prestigious City law firm is seeking two highly organised Legal PA's to join their Private Client team. This is an exciting opportunity to support senior partners and associates in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, working with high-net-worth individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters.

 

 

You'll be joining a collaborative support team where professionalism, discretion, and efficiency are key, and where your role will have a direct impact on client experience and the smooth running of the practice.

 


The Role

 

 

 

As a Private Client PA, you will provide comprehensive support across diary management, client liaison, compliance, financial administration, and document preparation. Responsibilities include:

 

 

  • Complex diary and inbox management for partners and associates.

  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and maintaining strong professional relationships.

  • Supporting business development activity including pitches, events, and client briefings.

  • Overseeing matter opening and compliance (KYC/AML/sanctions checks).

  • Preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for internal meetings.

  • Organising international travel, client entertainment, and firm events.

  • Managing monthly billing cycles and liaising with the Finance team.

  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.

  • Collaborating closely with the wider PA and support team, providing cover when needed.

 


About You

 

 

 

We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

 

 

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant within a Private Client team (minimum 6 months).

  • Excellent IT skills, including document management and dictation software.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Professional communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.

  • A polished, professional presence with a proactive and positive work ethics
