This high flying US law firm are seeking an experienced Legal PA to act as a professional FLOAT throughout all departments of this outstanding US law firm.  This will be for an initial 6 month contract but may go on for longer..

Duties will be varied - from organising diaries, managing meetings internally and externally, dealing with document work, opening and closing client files and all ad hoc duties.

This would suit anyone who has floated previously, had long term temping assignments and covered most practice areas as true flexibility is required - you can literally cover one department in the morning, to have to move in the afternoon..

Candidates should have a positive and forward thinking approach to work, have a good education, be able to juggle many tasks at once and have an excellent team playing attitude.
