We're delighted to be working with a prestigious US law firm based near Liverpool Street, renowned for its excellence in complex dispute resolution amongst other areas and its collaborative, high-performance culture. They're now seeking a confident, highly skilled Legal Secretary to join their busy Disputes team.

 

 

What does this role offer:

 

Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from homePrime Liverpool Street locationCompetitive salary up to £53k-£57k DOEClose-knit team with a strong reputation

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

High-level support to fee earners in the Disputes teamDocument production and amending legal correspondenceDiary and inbox managementCoordination of travel and meeting arrangementsOpening new matters and client onboardingBilling and time recording

 

What we're looking for:

 

Minimum 5 years' continuous experience in Disputes/LitigationProven track record at a top City or US law firmStrong understanding of litigation processes and terminologyProfessional, proactive and highly organisedAbility to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
