We are looking for a Senior Book Cover Designer to join our team. The role involves leading design projects, creating unique and simple book covers, guiding junior designers, and working closely with authors to match their vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design professional and creative book covers for print and eBooks

• Lead and manage multiple design projects

• Mentor junior designers and review their work

• Work with authors to understand their ideas and turn them into strong designs

• Ensure covers meet industry standards and stay reader-friendly

Skills and Experience:

• Strong portfolio in book cover design

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign

• Good eye for typography, layout, and illustration

• Experience in publishing or a related creative field

• Ability to manage deadlines and work with a team
