Are you a polished Legal PA with solid experience supporting corporate teams in high-performing law firms? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and pride yourself on delivering seamless support to senior fee earners?
We're working with a leading US law firm located in the heart of the City, just moments from Liverpool Street. Known for its strength in complex disputes and its collaborative team culture, the firm is now looking to welcome a Legal PA into its busy Transactional department.

Providing high-level administrative and PA support to fee earnersManaging busy diaries and inboxes with precisionCoordinating travel, meetings, and client eventsHandling document production and formatting legal correspondenceOpening new matters and supporting client onboardingProcessing billing and time entriesActing as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholdersWhat we're looking for:
At least 5 years' experience in a corporate support roleBackground in a top-tier City or US law firmStrong grasp of Corporate procedures and terminologyHighly organised, proactive, and professional approachExcellent communication skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesDue to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
