Job Details

A well established solicitors dealing with high net worth private clients are seeking a PA to work in their lovely offices based close to London Bridge station.  This is a 12 month maternity contract. This is an office based role.

You will be supporting two Partners and 5 associates in the Private Client/Wealth and Real Estate area.  You need a background as a Legal PA but sector not essential.

Your duties will include

Diary Management 

Client Liaison

Billing

Opening Files

Booking hotels and restaurants

Document production

Copy and scanning documents
