Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage legal documents related to property sales, purchases, leases, and mortgages.
Open, manage, and close client files using case management systems.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties via telephone, email, and letter.
Perform Land Registry and local authority searches.
Draft contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
Support fee earners with administrative tasks as required.
Maintain confidentiality in line with data protection and legal compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a legal secretary, preferably in a conveyancing environment.
Strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
