Commercial Property Legal Secretary – London (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a strong background in commercial and residential property? G2 Legal is working with a well-regarded London law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join its busy Commercial Real Estate team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support a team of Partners and qualified fee earners in a varied and fast-paced role. The position offers hybrid working (London office/home) and a competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate team
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing invoicing, payments, exchanges and completions
  • Supporting post-completion work including Land Registry and Companies House filings
  • Liaising with clients and maintaining high standards of client care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a property legal secretary/administration role
  • Strong knowledge of both commercial and residential property transactions
  • Experience working directly with Partners
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines
  • IT literate and eager to learn and grow within the role
