This is for an immediately available Legal Secretary / Legal PA to prove themselves in this busy IP/Tech team role will assist a team of fee earners (including Partner) with their busy workload to cover a maternity leaver for 12 month.
Candidates must have at least 5 years Legal Secretary/PA experience at Partner level in a similar environment.
- City based US Law Firm
- Supporting Senior level
- Salary - Highly competitive
- Hybrid Policy = 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

Duties
- Actively manage Fee Earner's diaries
- Extensive global travel arrangements and itineraries
- Manage in-boxes
- Document processing, creating and amending Legal documents and correspondence, proof reading, etc.
- Liaising with Clients
- Manage the billing process
- Deal with expenses
