I’m working with a great law firm in Gillingham who are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary. This flexible role (full-time or part-time) is ideal for someone who’s organised and efficient, and looking to provide vital secretarial support to a busy conveyancing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio typing of legal documents and correspondence.
- Arranging client meetings and managing calendars.
- Communicating with clients and third parties (estate agents, solicitors).
- Filing and organising case files.
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support the team.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally in conveyancing
- Proficiency in audio typing and MS Office.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and external parties.
