About the Firm: Our client, a renowned US law firm, is seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join their corporate department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting a team that includes a Senior Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
Time Entry: Accurately record and manage billable hours.Expense Reimbursement: Handle expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.Calendaring and Scheduling: Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.Document Management: Edit, format, and manage legal documents.Travel Arrangements: Organise travel plans and itineraries.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal Secretary in a global law firm.Proven experience supporting Senior Partners.Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.Punctual and reliable.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
