We are really excited to be working on behalf of one of our global law firm clients who are recruiting for a Legal PA to join their IP/Disputes team!

 

 

They are looking for someone with previous experience working at a top City/US law firm and would be a great fit for someone with a bubbly and friendly personality and a can-do positive attitude.

 

 

The role is working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 offering hybrid working with 4 days in the office. They are based near Blackfriars and offering an excellent salary plus benefits!

 

 

Duties include:

 

- Extensive diary and inbox management

 

- Opening new clients and matters

 

- Billing

 

- Basic document preparation and amendments

 

- Client liaison

 

 

Skills required:

 

- 3+ years of experience working in a City/US law firm

 

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

 

- Positive and can-do attitude

 

- Strong ability to multi task and work to multiple deadlines at once

 

- Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills.
