A permanent role supporting the members of a Licensing Team within a dynamic law firm in Central London.  This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated candidate looking to provide excellent secretarial support for the members of the team. 

The successful candidate will have a flexible ‘can do’ attitude as well as outstanding attention to detail.  The successful candidate will also have demonstrable experience of working in a similar licensing role and processing licensing applications

Job role:

 

  • Dealing with correspondence

  • Drafting/Processing licensing applications

  • Providing excellent service to clients

  • Assisting other members of the team as and when required

  • Liaising with Licensing Officers and Responsible Authorities on applications made and ad hoc queries raised by them

  • Picking up audio dictations

 

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Ability to deal with high volume workload

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Experience used of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Team player but self-motivated and able to work autonomously

  • Experience of processing licensing applications

  • Experience of audio typing
