Are you a Legal Secretary/PA with experience in a Private Client Department looking for a
new opportunity? Our client, a thriving legal company going through an exciting period of growth, is seeking a dedicated, highly organised and skilled individual to join them as a Legal Secretary/PA. This
is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic, professional and focused Assistant
to support a Senior Partner and Fee Earners in their Dispute Resolution Team and Notary
Public Activity. If you have a strong background in legal administration and a passion for providing
exceptional support, then we want to hear from you!
The role includes:- diary management and liaising with clients, assisting fee earners with business development - drafting and filing confidential documents and expenses. Managing and organising legal correspondence and documentation – preparing invoices, completion statements and assisting with billing and payment processes, (audio experience desirable). Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, providing administrative support to legal professionals – file opening, giving quotes and sending out quote letters, scanning, photocopying and filing, Managing email correspondence, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and ensuring the smooth running of the department and assisting with general compliance.
You need to have proven experience as a Legal Secretary/PA at senior level (ideally 3+ years in a
Legal firm), excellent knowledge of legal terminology and documentation, proficiency in MS Office and legal software, You must be highly organised and able to prioritise with strong communication skills and have fast and accurate typing skills of 60 wpm with dictation experience.
