Senior PA within large Magic Circle Law firm!
Senior PA to provide support to a centralised 'Hub' system in the Intellectual Property & Technology department.
Salary - £45k
Agile working - 50% of working week
Location - City of London
My client, a globally renowned Magic Circle law firm who are widely regarded amongst the London Legal Secretarial / Legal PA community as one of the best law firms to work for! They have a great structure in place to ensure the workload is spread evenly throughout the secretarial population.
- Diary management,
- Arranging meetings/conferences,
- International travel arrangements,
- Submitting expenses/time sheets
- Some document amendments.
- Billing
In order to be considered for this role you need at least 2 years Legal Secretary/PA experience within a recognised legal environment.
