Do you have top class PA support and document skills? A growing US Law Firm with a fantastic industry reputation are seeking a permanent Legal PA to join them in their centrally located London office, in the heart of the City, boasting fantastic transport links, stunning offices and a friendly, inclusive culture. They are recruiting for a Legal PA in their Corporate Department; however, the PA team often cover for each other and can work cross departmentally when needed. The main function of this role will be to provide, pro-active administrative support to the firms’ Fee-earners, from Partner to Junior level.
Legal PAs will look after an assigned allocation of up to 8 Fee-earners. Main duties for this role will include working heavy document work, so strong MS Office skills will be essential to this role. Other duties will involve maintaining contracts, excellent internal and external communications -including with clients, track invoices and expenses using Chrome River, diary/inbox management, scheduling of meetings, events, pitches, run conflict checks and engagement letters, project work and any other ad-hoc duties that may arise. The firm are incredibly sociable and the offer a number of soft perks and a full benefits package. A flexible hybrid working split of 4 days in the office and one remote is on offer with no fixed office day.
Candidates for this Legal PA position should have proven working experience in a Law Firm, ideally in a Corporate department, however, the firm are open to candidates from different departments if you have the appropriate transferable knowledge and skills. All Legal PAs must have a strong understanding of Microsoft office related software. Core hours for this role are 9:30am- 5:30pm and the role will be paying up to £55,000 experience dependent.
