If you are keen to move into a  prestigious International Law Firm,  recently voted in the top 10 Law Firms to work at, and have the skills required this opportunity could be a great fit. Working in modern offices in the heart of London’s legal hub are looking to hire a new Junior Legal Secretary on permanent basis to join their busy Hub Support Team working across all practice areas providing key support to each group. Previous Legal PA/Secretary experience would be preferred but not essential. The role will be supporting other Legal Secretaries in the department and will work with Lawyers of all levels. This role offers hybrid working with a 50/50 structure. This particular role will work the hours of 11am – 7pm, enabling cheaper train fairs and a more leisurely morning. The role will be paying up to £28,000.

Responsibilities of the Junior Legal Secretary will include assisting other Secretaries in the firms practice groups with an array of tasks. This will include diary management using own initiative to arrange meetings and conference calls and liaising with other secretaries/external clients, collating documentation for meetings and circulating agendas in advance; carrying out research as may be required, booking video/conference calls, meeting rooms and required refreshments, being responsible for assistance of financial management and checking bills/invoices, drafting/typing of letters or documents, carrying out PDF to Word conversions and vice versa, printing of agendas, presentations and meetings papers for Partners/Fee-Earners, PowerPoint presentations as may be required, proof-reading of all documents to ensure the delivery of work of the highest quality, attending team meetings and taking minutes as required, involvement in committees and steering groups relating to secretarial/administrative support/processes for the wider firm. 

Candidates will ideally have some experience working within a legal team before and be familiar with office software. The Junior Legal Secretary will also need strong communication and organisational skills and a keen, ready to learn attitude.
