Legal Secretary Role

Our wonderful Cheltenham based Law firm are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their friendly team. Experience within Private client is ideal however they are willing to consider an individual with a Legal Secretary background.

The position is part time, 3 days a week with a potential to become full time in the future. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

What will you be doing?

You will be working to support Fee earners by carrying out secretarial duties such as the arrangement of meetings, drafting Wills and LPA's and taking care of financial matters and billing. You will also be dealing with enquiries via telephone calls and be completing general admin tasks such as photocopying and filing.

What skills will you have?

The ideal candidate for the Legal Secretary role will have experience working within private client however the firm are also willing to consider those from other backgrounds. They are hoping to find a brilliant team fit with experience in the use of online typing systems. You will have great communication skills, be friendly, well presented and have fantastic attention to detail. You will be well organised, have a supportive attitude and desire to excel within career.
