A globally-renowned Law Firm are looking to hire a Secretarial Assistant to support 1/2 Partner(s) and their respective teams, each compromising of around 6 employees. This role is based full-time in the company's office, located right next to St. Paul's, and the company are willing to pay £53,000 per annum. Working hours are 9:30-17:30.
Responsibilities of the role include: diary management, travel arrangements, event organisation, screening calls, drafting documents and some administrative assistance will be required, in addition to some personal support.
Many of the company's clients are Private Equity Firms, so some experience in this field would be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience supporting Director/Partner-level employees, be able to multi-task and perform in a high-pace and high-pressure environment, as well as being proactive and willing to contribute their own opinion to effect change.
