Esteemed Northamptonshire based law firm are seeking a confident Legal Secretary to assist their commercial property team. Our client has been established for over thirty years and prides itself on providing high quality legal services. You will be assisting Solicitors and Fee Earners with decades of accumulated experience and positive reputations within the local community.

The Opportunity

You will be working closely with a Commercial Property Solicitor and undertaking general administrative duties such as filing, archiving, emails and closing files. The role will involve taking calls from clients, estate agents and third parties Solicitors and undertaking post-completion work.

Benefits

The salary on offer ranges £21,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience, in addition to a generous benefits package. Holidays start at 22 days plus bank holiday and will increase by one day with each year of service.

Requirements

  • Experience working within the same role within a property law department
  • Have good standing knowledge of property procedures such as transactions and terminology
  • Have a personable and positive attitude, confident speaking to clients and third parties
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
