Progressive, long-established Plymouth City centre law firm are looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary/legal assistant/paralegal to take over from a senior legal assistant who is retiring.
You will join an experienced team of support staff who work closely with the fee earners on all manner of private client matters to include wills, probate and trust work.
Your duties will include audio and copy typing, dealing with enquiries from clients; arranging appointments using diary management system; preparing letters; general administration, etc.
You must have previous legal secretarial experience, strong audio typing skills and be extremely well organised along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
This is a permanent position, office based with the possibility of some flexibility if needed.
