We work to promote good mental wellbeing in legal workplaces and drive change in education, training, and practice. We’ve been supporting the legal community for nearly 25 years.

What you will be doing

Reporting to the Support Services Manager, the Support and Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and developing our wonderful volunteer team who provide emotional support to people working in the law and our champions, legal professionals, who raise awareness about mental wellbeing and the work we do at LawCare.

The role includes representing LawCare externally by presenting about our work and providing emotional support from time to time to members of the legal community (training will be provided). As part of LawCare you will be joining a dedicated community of staff and volunteers committed to supporting and promoting positive mental wellbeing. This is an exciting time to be joining LawCare – it is our 25th anniversary next year and we have just published our ground-breaking Life in the Law research which will inform our new strategy for the next three years. Join us and make a real contribution to a better working culture in law.
