Family Legal Secretary - Birkenhead: up to £24,000 DOE

A leading firm in the Birkenhead area are looking to recruit a Family Legal Secretary to join their team. They have been established for over 70 years and specialise across a variety of law areas and have a great reputation for their expert legal knowledge and professional service.

This role is purely focusing within the area of children's law and the successful Legal Secretary will have a background in this area to enable them to hit the ground running. Reporting to one of the Partners, you will be responsible for supporting the team with a variety of administrative duties. This will include but not be limited to the following:

* Drafting legal correspondence

* Communicating with solicitors, clients and court personnel

* Scheduling court depositions, hearings and other meetings

* Making travel arrangements for the solicitors

* Filing court documents ahead of deadlines

With previous experience as a Family Legal Secretary you will have the ability to prioritise and organise a demanding workload. You will possess a courteous and professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong sense of discretion is paramount for this role alongside the passion & dedication to meet tight deadlines.
