We currently have a vacancy for a part time Legal Secretary to join our Divorce and Finance team. We are ideally looking for someone who can work 21 hours per week across 3-5 days.
Reporting to the Head of Department, the job holder will assist the fee earners in delivering a high-quality legal service to our clients. Responsibilities include client liaison, organising meetings, audio and copy typing, file opening, filing and the completion of legal forms.
Applicants must be client-focused with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. They will have good IT skills, excellent attention to detail and be flexible in their approach. Above all, they will be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Previous experience of working in a legal firm is essential. Previous experience of working in Divorce and Finance is preferred; however, this is not essential as full training will be given.
