We are looking for a highly organised and effective legal assistant who enjoys working with a hands on and practical approach and is motivated to work as part of a team in a highly successful firm.
As a key point of contact you will be responsible for high level liaison with clients and ensuring communication is accurate and efficient. There is extensive administrative responsibility to support the fee earners - managing files, dealing with compliance, assisting with pitches and presentations, excel reports, diary management, event coordination, working on tenders and more. Maintaining accurate billing processes and credit control is key as well as anticipating and dealing with other financial matters. The ability to work accurately with large volumes of data and proactively manage the flow in an effective and compliant manner will be a real asset.
As you can see this is a very varied role and we are looking for someone adept at multitasking in a calm and efficient manner, The ideal candidate will have previous experience of legal or professional services environments and strong MS Office and document production skills.
Beyond that, this role will suit a positive team player with excellent attention to detail, who takes a conscientious approach to their work and can be relied upon to operate in a highly discreet manner.
