A private practice law firm with an office in Portsmouth has an interesting and varied Litigation Legal Secretary role to support fee earners with secretarial support, typing, administration and file assistance.
The Firm
A private practice law firm with an excellent history in providing legal services to clients in the Portsmouth and South East Hampshire. Partner led and employing some very experienced lawyers across a wide range of legal disciplines including civil litigation and family law.
The Role
The Litigation Legal Secretary will support fee earners dealing with civil litigation and family law by undertaking audio and copy typing of legal documents, preparing court documents, collating trial bundles, administration and managing diaries.
The Candidate
Previous experience of working as a legal secretary in litigation, capable of supporting lawyers with busy case loads and must have a good understanding of the litigation process. Excellent typing skills, accurate and fast speeds. A strong communicator and being well organised.
Salary dependent upon experience.
