The Client
Our client is a leading law firm based in Central London, who is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Residential Property team.
The Role
Your role will include:
- Arranging meetings/lunches with clients and co-ordinating diaries
- Diary management and Travel
- Billing
- Filing expenses and uploading supplier invoices such as counsel fee notes for payment
- Photocopying / printing / scanning
- Document editing and amending
- Dictation
- E-filing
- Archiving
The Requirements
- Previous experience in Residential Property
- Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
- Experienced with billing and dictation
