LEGAL ASSISTANT CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE:
A position has become available for a Legal Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive clinical negligence department. Working within the clinical negligence department, you will be responsible for assessing case over the telephone, collating and analysing medical records. Being a point of contact for clients and fee earners, updating and supporting them where possible. To be considered for this role, you must be previously or professionally registered clinician and a knowledge of clinical negligence law and practice. The Medical Legal Assistant will be expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative and to maintain a highly professional, efficient, confidential, friendly service. We are looking for a confident, personable and strong communicator both verbally and written.
