Conveyancing Legal Secretary

A highly-regarded, regional firm are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join their Conveyancing Team in West Bridgford.
As a conveyancing legal secretary, you would be supporting one conveyancing solicitor/legal executive. Regular reception cover will also be required.
- Digital dictation
- Storing documents using a case management system
- General administration, such as scanning, printing and photocopying
- Opening and closing files
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements
- Reviewing timesheets
- Drafting correspondence.
To be considered for this conveyancing legal secretary position in West Bridgford it is essential that you have at least 12 months' experience working as a legal secretary within a conveyancing team.
The firm is particularly interested in receiving applications from local candidates.
