A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Legal Float Secretary within a leading law firm in the beautiful city of St Albans. The individual will be providing legal secretarial support for both the Property and Litigation departments.
As a valuable member of the team, you will have responsibility for audio typing various documents and correspondence, including the use of tracked changes. You will be experienced in communicating with clients via email and telephone, diary management and general admin, with a focus on excellent client care and attention to detail.
You will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of Litigation and Property, being familiar with court documents and the preparation of bundles, able to use Searchflow and the Land Registry portal and accurately calculate completion statements.
