Job description – Receptionist and Admin Support
David Conway & Co is a successful niche west end law firm which has a wide range of experience in dealing with a variety of commercial and residential property, supported by a small team. We are seeking a full time employee to fill a new role, to take primary responsibility for “front of house” and a number of administration tasks that are currently spread across the office, as well as assisting with secretarial work from time to time. The job will include the following:
Salary: depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. Some flexibility is expected to assist in particularly busy periods. As a salaried post, no overtime is payable.
Dress code: while David Conway & Co has no official dress code and is a relaxed place to work, smart business wear will be necessary for this role as it is client facing on a daily basis.
General: As a new role, the tasks are likely to vary over time. To some extent, the job will be what you make it. We are looking for a presentable, articulate and enthusiastic candidate who have been in client/customer related roles and ideally have some legal secretarial training and experience.
