A fantastic Law firm located in South Suffolk are now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to provide first class support for their Property department.
The ideal Conveyancing Legal Secretary will support Fee Earners on their caseload assisting with a variety of matters including Land Registry applications and searches, SDLT forms, client care letters, opening/closing files and liaising with clients.
The successful Conveyancing Legal Secretary will hold a wealth of experience within Conveyancing and will be able to join the firm and hit the ground running. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a keen attention to detail are essential. You will be a competent and confident audio/dictation typist.
