A leading internationally known firm are recruiting a hybrid team leader / senior legal PA to join them on a permanent basis. This is a highly rewarding and challenging role where the successful candidate will support 2 senior partners as well as manage up to 15 PAs in the group. Applicants will have previous secretarial coordination or PA team leader experience, ideally getting involved with absence management, mentoring and supporting with the appraisal process. The PA element to the role involves diary and travel management, liaising with clients, administrative support and amending documents.

The team itself is successful, dynamic and highly regarded in the firm. Applicants need to have excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for their work and be able to offer innovative solutions and the ability to streamline existing processes to ultimately ensure their clients get the best possible service.

This role will pay up to £45,000 and offers a generous bonus plus excellent benefits package.
