The Multinational Force and Observers, the independent international organization responsible for supervising the implementation of the security provisions of the Egypt-Israel Peace Treaty, is looking for an experienced paralegal to join the Force Legal Office.  We need someone able to draft legal documents and reports and perform a variety of administrative duties to a high standard of service with a welcoming personality and great communication skills.

Requirements for Legal Assistant

  • AA or BA and/or Legal Assistant Certification
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in legal assistance or paralegal service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Fluent  English both spoken and written, with particular emphasis on legal terminology
  • Previous International/Military experience highly desirable. 


Responsibilities for Legal Assistant

  • Drafts and/or assists the drafting of all sorts of legal reports and documents
  • Performs a variety of administrative duties to satisfy normal operational requirements
  • Prepares vehicle accident reports for insurance companies
  • Takes part in Duty Investigations
  • Maintains extensive archives of documents and files
