If you work in a Business Services role in the UK legal sector, the InterLaw Diversity Forum would like to hear your perspective.

The InterLaw Diversity Forum recently launched this survey aimed at understanding how Business Services colleagues across the legal sector experience inclusion, respect and opportunity.
Early responses are already revealing a complex picture:
Some insights shared with us are encouraging and point to huge progress in the way Business Services roles are regarded. However, we have also heard from Business Services professionals who feel unseen or undervalued. We’re beginning to see:
- What supports (or undermines) a genuine sense of inclusion
- The conditions that enable Business Services teams to add real value
- How career pathways and access to opportunity are experienced in practice
- The degree to which Business Services professionals feel valued by leader
To build a meaningful picture, we recognise that we need to hear from as many people as possible.
How you can help:
If you work in a Business Services role, please take 5 minutes to complete the survey. It’s fully anonymous, we won’t ask for your name or employer.
Regardless of your role, please help us to spread the word by encouraging colleagues in your organisation, or in your wider network, to take the survey.
Your input will help the InterLaw Diversity Forum to build a clearer understanding of the Business Services experience in our sector, along with the areas where change is most needed.
