Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP will be holding an Open Day on Wednesday 29 May 2019, for anyone interested in pursuing a career as a Legal Admin Assistant.
The day will include the following sessions:
- Welcome and Introduction to BCLP - This will include meeting members of our HR and Recruitment Team, it will also include meeting our PA Hiring Managers.
- A Q&A session with a variety of Legal PA’s and our Legal Admin Assistants - This will also include a conversation point about what life is like as a LAA and Legal PA.
- A talk from our Learning and Development Advisor - This will cover the training and development that we offer our LAA’s and the future career that they are going to be exposed too whilst working with BCLP.
- A networking lunch (food and drink provided) and a tour of the firm.
- A talk regarding how recruitment works within BCLP from the Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers - This will allow the attendees to ask about what they feel they should have on CVs, what will help them ‘stand out from the crowd’ and also to give interview tips etc.
- Finally, we will host one last Q&A session to see if they have any last questions on topics that may have not been covered in the day!
There will also be the opportunity to network with a number of their Legal PAs and Legal Admin Assistants, their Legal PA Managers, and HR team.
